Contract recruitment
We understand the urgency in sourcing quality temporary professionals. We employ a vigorous 4 part solutions based methodology to ensure we have the right candidates available for our clients contract roles at short notice.
AVAILABILITY - Our continual proactive sourcing of candidates allows us to react quickly when a client has an urgent temporary staffing need. Our sourcing team keep our database up to date and continually attract quality candidates.INTERVIEW - All our contract staff are vetted and interviewed prior to introduction or supply to our clients. References are taken to cover the last 2 years of employment, We also check Right to Work and when specified for qualifications, memberships etc.SUPPLY - Clients and candidates receive a start pack containing all required information including access to our timesheet app etc. Candidates are briefed on the role, duties and responsibilities prior to start.CONTACT - We will keep in constant contact with both the client and contractor during the placement. Aftercare calls once a week and site visits if requested. Both client and candidate will have direct access to a dedicated consultant.
